v0.7.22 - Bonuses! And Framerates!

Added a bonus screen! You can now have PERMANENT bonuses to be increased throughout your whole gameplay of Angel Droid.
I also added options that allows players change the framerate. This new code also helped synchronize the physics calculations, making all gameplay smoother overall. Even the particle effects are smoother.
